Hijacked: The Creation Story

What if we had the technology to tap into a person’s central nervous system? What if we could see what they see; hear what they hear? What if we could do this without them having knowledge of our invasion? What if this technology fell into the hands of the wrong people? What kinds of evil things might they pursue with this ability?Dr. Michael Bowles is putting together a team of talented research scientists. His company, Biotech, is attempting to develop a new technology that will become the ultimate tool in the game of espionage. What Dr. Bowles and his team do not know is the technology they are developing will be used against them. Somewhere along the line things go astray and the nuclear secrets of the United States come into jeopardy. This first book in the Hijacked series establishes the technology. While it opens up the doors for many future adventures, you can be assured this is a self contained novel with a unique ending. Join me now as we open up the world of...Hijacked!

    Fairly decent listen
it's fairly cohesive and most characters serve a purpose although they don't seem like they will. The author struggles with female voices, and some male voices, by giving them (all? most?) a southern drawl. Had there been more episodes I may have lost my mind. I suspect this is one of the things that leads to cries of persecution although it's not. Salvation, finding Jesus and all that was completely gratuitous. We didn't need that; it had nothing to do with advancing the storyline or developing the characters. It's just more of the flaunting of the bizarre grip the idea of christianity has on the US. Skeptics and free thinkers are approaching majority in parts of the US and we're proud.

    Hijacked: The Creation Story
I liked it alot. Nice modern story and surprise ending. I really got into it! The music between chapters well, distracted me. The author really knows high-tech. Reminded me of "The Swarm". Thanks!

    cheesy morality play
don't bother unless your a social conservitive christian, No science , No reality, anyone who isn't a church going christian in this book is a bad guy, and has no morals or intregity. It's just a old fashion Morality play in modern guise. Mindless and dull dribble, I couldn't even finish it even though I had nothing else to listen to.

    what a great story
We listened to this on a trip. This author does not waste time with self promo and repetition like so many do. The story pulls you right in and immerses you in the plot. #1 ingredient for success! Look forward to more from him. HURRY!!

A great book and great narration - Anyone would enjoy it
This book has been a blast to listen to! Don't think about it, just download and listen. I was hooked with the first Chapter. The only part that I would have changed when I first started listening, I would not change now. It took a little while to get used to the same reader doing multiple voices, but I found it actually an improvement over other audiobooks I have heard. The voice was changed just enough that I knew it was a different character, but not so much that it was distracting. This made the dialog go smooth. The characters are well developed, but not overdeveloped. The plot is fun, interesting, and leaning toward original. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. I enjoyed the parts about the Navy Seal training and the gadgetry being developed. This book has everything. Mystery, action, military, espionage, love (some but not mushy), adventure, gadgets, guns, etc... I think that just about anyone would like the book. Anyway, great job to the writer and reader of the book.
