IT’S A DREAM COME TRUE! This is one of my all time favorite podcasts. What a wonderful surprise to see a new episode pop up.

    Love this podcast
Yes! Please don’t make the July 2020 episode the last. Missed this podcast so much.

    Hey thanks
Glad I never unsubscribed so I could listen to the surprise COVID episode. Was cool to hear your voices again, especially Anthony’s laugh, which could probably be its own ASMR channel.

    Good
Over the last year I’ve listened to every episode, and all I can say is I was never disappointed. There were topics I didn’t care about but listening gave me a different perspective. Will and Anthony are fantastic hosts and every episode was a chance to learn something new. I loved this podcast, and will be recommending it to others. Great job, wish there was more!

    Just plain fun.

    Loved this show
Shame it’s over (but maybe they’ll have a reunion some day with new episodes?). Rating it just so it can maybe get some more exposure in iTunes so more people can find this craziness.

Sad to see it go, but it was beautiful while it lasted. I enjoyed every single episode.

Funny people talking about things that aren't inherently funny and making them interesting, informative, and entertaining.

    New favorite Podcast
Not a big fan of podcasts, but this won me over. Will and Anthony are both wonderful to listen to, and their guests are extremely engaging.

    Smart, funny, and caring
2 down-to-earth comics who are amazing listeners and provide great insight with their guests on random topics, some topics of which you'd think they couldn't possibly make interesting. I also find it strangely therapeutic. My new favorite!

I first tried listening to this podcast at the "Wiener Dogs" episode but when the hosts made reference to a previous episode in their minor obsessions segment, I decided I would be best served by starting at the beginning. Now, having listened to every episode in order, I feel qualified to say, it's good.

    Always a Joy
There's something really engaging about someone speaking about something they love, regardless of what that thing is. I pick up so many new things to try and investigate from this podcast, and even when it's not my jam it's still great to learn the details of something I never knew about from someone who has a genuine passion for it.

    I'm Just Getting Started
In a nutshell, this is a very good podcast. (That was for the people who read only the first sentence. This is a review of "Don't Get Me Started," the podcast by Will Hines and Anthony King (purposely entering the names in case it helps with Google searches or something). I have so far listened only to the Neil Casey episode. I chose that one to start, because I love me some Neil Casey. Obviously, therefore, I cannot yet evaluate the podcast series as a whole. Caveat: I measure all podcasts against Greg Proops's Smartest Man in the World podcast, which - much like the red variety of clam chowder - is not for everyone. Here is what I liked best: the entire episode was an interesting discussion that I was never bored with. Some cool stuff came up, such as the similarities between smartphones and slot machines. My criticism is that it wasn't very funny. I am fairly sure that the podcasters were not trying to be funny, even though I know them to be hysterically funny people. Comedians doing a podcast without making it funny? I'll be honest; I did not see that coming. Other issue: the content was all or nearly all retreading old ground. I'd heard all this stuff before, from the paleo diet to the pervasiveness of electronic spying. That they kept me listening despite this issue is a testament to their ability as speakers. In closing, I think this podcast has great potential, and I will keep listening.

    Very Entertaining
Jessica McKenna, Mary Holland and Erin Whitehead's episodes were great! I would love it if Lauren Lapkus and Stephanie Allynne would be on the podcast at some point.

    The best
Proving that there is nothing better than interesting people talking about things they care about
  • Wait, what? Seriously? Why?
Not a comedy yet one of the funniest podcasts
Two of the most enjoyable dudes to hang out with-I learn a lot and laugh more than most of the comedy podcasts I listen to as well. But most importantly: why hasn't Anthony made a Comedy Bang Bang appearance yet?

Truly Bingeworthy: Will and Anthony are Fun
There's nothing more exciting or satisfying than listening to people talk about what they love. I love all the minor obsessions, and it has introduced me to new hobbies and interests. Never miss an episode.

    My Minor Obsession
I've been a fan of Will Hines on Improve4humans for a while now, but was not prepared to love this podcast so much. An instant favorite, I've burned through nearly 20 episodes over the Holiday weekend.

    Sustaining
I started listening to this podcast because my friend Will is a host. I have been surprised again and again at how engaging the topics are. Each show comes across as a conversation that you wish you were participating in.

"What is most personal is most universal"
Topics that you never thought would interest you FASCINATE you because the hosts examine them with such integrity and curiosity (and the oft-requisite admissions of ignorance). Just really good.

    Better and Better
The last several months these guys have found their stride! Some really interesting interview topics, great guests, and some fun rabbit holes to run down. Interesting to see patterns emerge over the course of the whole run, WHY people wound up obsessed with their passion. People searching for community, connections, meaning, it all bubbles up! And we benefit! Very enjoyable podcast.

    Loved every second!
Just listened to the ep., "Jake and Amir Love Dancing," which is about an hour and five minutes, and laughed for about an hour and five minutes. Solid show.

    Chill
Although this podcast is chill AF, my obsession with it is anything but. The best episodes are the ones where the guests are palpably excited and enthusiastic about the subject they're sharing. Topics I would never dream about diving into such as ASMR or mock trials are talked about with such vigor that you won't be able to resist getting on board. Also, both hosts are truly great interviewers. Even when they interrupt and talk over each other it somehow feels warranted because they too seem to be so invested in the discussion that they just can't wait to get a thought out.

    VERY COOL/CHILL
I cherry-picked all of the episodes with people I know and topics that stood out as interesting, but now I've finished all those, and I am hooked. I'm going to listen to all of them because every episode has been great. This might be my favorite podcast.

    Refreshingly unlike your other podcasts
The palpable excitement and passion that guests bring to this show hook my attention, and lead me to care about subjects that I never would have encountered otherwise.

    Great Podcast
Love listening to this while doing sewing projects. It's so chill. The Southern Gothic episode is my favourite but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one mad about notebooks!

    Good, Great, Chill, et al.
Easily my favorite podcast to listen to while I do house and yard work. It made me realize every regular, non-famous person deserves to be interviewed for an hour about whatever semi-banal thing they like best. Anthony and Will are doing a polite, civic duty. I wish more people would talk to me for an hour about bagels, the Silmarillion, or moss.
  • Matt Radlow
    Good
I love this podcast. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's chill. But it's always good.
