This Podcast is like Salted Caramel... a little salty, a little sweet, and delicious all over; you can’t really explain why you love it but you just do. Two hilarious, down to earth guys talking about life and making you laugh out loud in ways you don’t expect.

I’m not a Fat Guy (obviously they’ve failed at grabbing their targeted demographic as much as they’ve failed at their dieting plan), but I get a kick out of listening to their eating & antics. I started listening to Ep 1 last week. I am now on Ep 46ish. I am so less lonely at work now! I listen with my headphones and find myself LOL'ing not caring that I look ridiculous laughing to what others think is silence. Just be careful if you are listening while eating because there are no limits to what these guys will talk about.

I'm a 30 something married woman and I LOVE THE FAT GUY HANDBOOK PODCAST. Maybe it's ironic, but I listen at the gym. You will totally fall down the rabbit hole listening to Cappy & White Cheddar. Lose yourself in the humor, the food, and the struggles faced by the masses who struggle with all sorts of issues tied to weight (whether it be a little or a lot). Love the voices, the locations, and the snarky views.

You make my drive home from work on Mondays great! I laugh and smile and my work day melts away before I get home. Thank you!

This is my favorite podcast to listen too. I laugh so hard each week as I listen and anxiously await a new podcast each Sunday. My only complaint is that I wish the episodes were longer!

This podcast has easily become a favorite of mine. I am *not* a fat guy, but can very much relate to bingeing on fast food, tripping on faulty sidewalks while running, and battling it out with the HOA. Though no stranger on a plane has ever offered to show me pictures on his phone, I hope I can one day be as cool as these guys. I mean, who doesn't love a podcast that ends up with, "I gotta use the toilet, so we gotta wrap this up"? Keep up the hilarity, Big Guys.
