    Good content but poor Sound Quality
    Jeremiah, appreciate the consistent good content on this podcast in addition to your other online efforts but please brother, invest in a decent microphone and acoustics so that you don’t sound like you’re in the bottom of a wishing well. Your guests continually have better sound quality than you do as a host and that needs to change to get a fifth star from me.

    Pretty good podcast
    I like this podcast and it covers some interesting topics in the evidence based fitness scene. However, I really think the podcast sounds incredibly scripted at times. Like all the questions and answers are already typed out. Jeremiah could definitely improve in his follow up questions. Sometimes a guest will hit the listeners with some really interesting points and all Jeremiah responds with is "ok, ok, ok" So it's like Question 1: Detailed response to question 1 by guest. Jeremiah: "ok, ok, ok" Rinse and repeat the whole podcast. I think I hear the phrase "ok, ok, ok" a dozen times per interview.

    I have known Jeremiah for probably over 20 yrs now. Needless to say, I can confidently guarantee if you listen to what Jeremiah has to say, and follow his advice, you will meet and most likely exceed your goals! Jeremiah knows how to work with injuries and has helped me recover from a hip injury. He also helped me turn a 10:30ish mile and a half run into an 8:54 mile and a half run, which is huge for someone who has never enjoyed running. No matter what your current life situation is Jeremiah will be able to help, all you have to do is reach out.
