I wasn’t sure if this was the best way to contact you but I figured why not. This isn’t my favorite thing to do because opening up means people can see me lol yikes. However, I wanted to share that you are amazing and support what you’re doing anyway I can because I want you to keep going. I don’t ask that you keep going so that we can drain from you and not pour back into you. Keep going because God is doing great things through you and as long as you show up, we’ll show up with you. Thank you Brenda! This is my first time listening to your podcast and you have encouraged me so much today. God called me out of a relationship I thought I would be in for the rest of my life. After giving the engagement ring back and moving out, I thought my path would be lit (I mean at least the first 3 steps or so) but that wasn’t that case. It’s been almost a year since I started my journey and some days are amazing but sometimes I feel defeated, annoyed, and impatient with myself. Sometimes looking back creates a tangible burning pain in my chest and the memories and “What If’s” flood back in. But God is such a good father. He is always there to reaffirm His word in our lives and today He used you! Thank you for showing me that I wasn’t alone. I will keep Hebrews 10:23 close to my heart in this season is waiting. In a time where Christians aren’t open about their experiences this was refreshing to hear. I felt the human perspective before I heard the preaching. This is giving me a new way to look at my own faith and grow closer in my relationship with God.
