QueensDSUseful in many environmentsThis is great. Concise, actionable, and positive. As I listened to the podcast, I thought of some groups outside of work in which I am involved and where change needs to happen. These principles should apply well there, and I am going to try a few at our next meeting—specifically asking many more questions, and listening before I share my answer. I think that tip will help solution engagement.

Waiting on fiveConcise, insightful, and for everyoneI appreciate the shorter length of this podcast. Don’t let this fool you into thinking that the subject isn’t well discussed. The speakers do a great job explaining “why” concisely and in a way that leaves you pondering how you can better implement it in your own sphere. Also, don’t write this podcast off for only those with a job title that puts them in charge of others. While it is certainly helpful for that demographic, the qualities discussed can make you a more well-rounded person in general.

_thebakeaholicShort, sweet,I appreciate that each podcast is powered by data from Zenger / Folkman. Anecdotes are a good storytelling device, but aren’t compelling without real research to back them up. This podcast is a great blend of the two that really forces you to think about your own leadership qualities, whether in business or elsewhere in life, and gives tips on how to improve.
-

Still strivingSpot on!Such great, actionable concepts. I’m really thinking about the “push/pull” issue and can see so many different applications in my day to day work and also in my relationships at home! Can’t wait for new episodes! Thank you.
-
sweetypieh3Practicing without training creates bad habitsHow profound - Practice without training creates bad habits. With my previous employer, managers were put into their positions without any training and it showed in the bad habits that were created. Not only did you learn the bad habits of the person ahead of you, you also create your own. It is a recipe for disaster. I stand with Jack Zenger when he says employees deserve a great employer!
-
