Podcast is concise and informative and shares helpful running tips that can apply to any level of running abilities and years of experience. I personally like the three C’s of running a race. There is a wide range of topics covered including training paces, nutrition, and racing tips. Also the podcast has some conversational interviews with other running coaches. Recommend for any runner.
