Cmhs1977The Podcast I Didn’t Know I NeededI found Diane’s podcast about a year ago while I was going through a physical and emotional transformation. Her approach is raw, real, and she doesn’t hold back, yet she is relatable and empathetic! I came for the practical fitness tips but continue to walk away with so much more! This podcast has been life changing for me ( and has gotten me through many a cardio session)! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Sylv_Love this podcast!I love this podcast, there’s something on here for everyone. Diane talks about all things fitness, mindset & occasional sex topics. Diane tells us things that we don’t necessarily want to hear, but need to hear. Diane talks about shifting your mindset & at first, I didn’t want to hear it, but as I got further into my journey, I realized that I was doing some of the things that she was talking about & I had to change my way of thinking. This is my favorite podcast & I can’t rave about it enough! Do yourself a favor and take a listen! Your mind, body & soul will thank you

I have yet to find another podcast I connect to, so I have restarted from the beginning. Such a wide variety of content from motivation and mindset to after dark episodes. I have many thoughts of competing, but waves of doubt in myself are constant. I messaged Diane with my concerns about my height (6’1’’). I was so shocked she sent me a voice message back! I love her honestly and she’s extremely knowledgeable since she’s been there done that. She’s also brutally honest. Don’t expect any sugar coating. She’s the real deal and tells it as it is and it’s fabulous! Work hard Do the things Be successful! It’s a must for knowledge and motivation.

kmw___8Resourceful, entertaining, genuine!!I've been listening for about a month, I've binge listened to the show and I always look forward to new episodes. Travel nurse here so when I'm driving back and forth it's perfect - not to mention for cardio sessions. I really enjoy the different personalities that each person brings to the conversation with Diane, Glitters & Alysha. I'm new to bodybuilding - was into crossfit prior so I know zero about this world. I feel like I've gained so much knowledge and makes me wanna move to Modesto so I can hangout at Venus 😂 The conversations are so casual it's easy to listen to. Very genuine and they all show up as they are, which I love. But also! I love the interactive attention on instagram, if you post a question they will answer it and elaborate. Diane always mentions she gains "friends" not fans, and I definitely feel that way. It's nice to feel like we are all just on the same level of humanness (is that a word?) idk! But I definitely enjoy the show. Keep em' comin! 🤗

mermaidposeIt’s like chatting with your friends about fitness!I LOVE this podcast! My friends and family are all naturally thin so I don’t have girlfriends to bounce my interests of strength-training and nutrition with… and it can be an awkward topic to talk about to people who aren’t truly interested - and Diane fills this gap! It’s like listening to the girlfriend I wish I had — it’s filled with practical and useable real-life examples (Diane uses Costco products and knows what Starbucks orders to get!) and I love her style of tough-love and giving it to you straight. I’m not a bodybuilder but just a mom interested in strength training but I still love hearing the glimpses and insights of what that sport takes. She’s good at taking what she knows from her sport and making it relatable to all.

Kate-chanEPIC Podcast!I stumbled upon this amazing show last year when she was interviewed on another bodybuilder's podcast and I kenw I had to subscribe immediately!! I just started lifting weights in August 2021, and I am hoping to compete in a show in a year or two. I have learned so much useful information from nutrition to training and overall just how to be a BAMF from listening to Diane!! Highly recommend this show (especially) if you are a female who is looking to compete in a bodybuilding show. My boyfriend also enjoys listening because there are numerous topics addressed that are unique to women's physiques and health that men might not know about, so it helps him understand that aspect of things. And plus Diane is just plain hilarious! Great, entertaining podcast that I enjoy while doing cardio or just while preparing a meal. Super relevant and funny. Even if you don't plan to compete, it's still very insightful and she has some great healthy tips for everyone! And finally, Diane's own story is very inspirational and anytime I feel down about training or food or whatever, I just remember her story and if she can do it, I can do it!
