I have been part of Dr E 9 month program since September and have found her to be very balanced in her approach with the goal of finding what works best for each individual and their lifestyle. appreciate that she doesn't put people in a box or promote a cookie cutter approach to weight loss. My biggest takeaway so far is taking a pause before eating off my plan to determine why I’m wanting it and identifying what feelings may be involved. Being more aware of what and why I am eating has helped me lose almost 30lbs!
