Whyyyyy is this podcast only once a week!? I want more more more. This podcast makes me feel like my “guilty pleasures” aren’t meant to be guilty and to find the little things that bring you joy and celebrate them. I can’t get enough of Grace and Amy. It’s like having a conversation with a friend.

Yes, just yes. This is exactly what I needed!

I was looking for a new podcast to listen to this morning and I came across The Antidote! IT’S SO PERFECT and EXACTLY what I needed!

After I’ve read the news of the day, I need this show, so very much. Love the guests, and the hosts are hilarious and definitely bring joy and a sense of positivity to my day!

The Antidote is an exciting concept. In essence, there are intelligent women talking about what’s happening now in the news. Discuss, then this, a pivot: self care completed. An antidote to survive the wrongs. What we can do to undo the harm to ourselves (and not become a part of the problem).

I’ve been rationing out this podcast so I could stretch out the lil dose of calm joy i get when i listen. Amy and Grace are so freaking wise and funny and it really feels like you’re sitting down with good friends to unwind from all the chaos. It is a lovely and perfect podcast, I cannot recommend it enough!

In this case it’s about how ONE episode of ONE podcast (that I randomly found in, “New and Noteworthy”) totally transformed my lunch hour. The Antidote fills a very specific void, taking you on a journey filled with moments of levity, relief, and best of all: Connection. Amy and Grace’s easy style and friendly banter make you feel like part of their circle. Tracey Ellis Ross was a gem of a first interview. So yeah…I don’t care if I never get back. Much needed mid-week pick me up, this podcast title is exactly right — Amy and Grace’s conversation is like self-love salve to the soul. Can’t wait for more from these delightful two. Positive but self-aware that yes, the world’s a dumpster fire but we can still find our own light and find a way to let it shine.

The last few days have shown me how unsafe a lot of the media I consume is. This really is the antidote!

I love the concept & execution of this pod. It’s fun to hear witty banter between 2 brilliant, relatable friends. Beyond that, it’s soothing for them to acknowledge the world’s problems head on - holding space to recognize we’re not alone with the negative feelings. It’s also HELPFUL to talk through ways to keep moving forward and thriving in our own lives. Based on their individual and collective success, they clearly take their own advice. The ancestors would be proud of this one!
