I’ve been listening for quite some time now and it’s one of the most motivational and easiest to listen to and to digest. Your interview style is one that gives lots of space and respect to the speaker. You are humble and the container you create feels very safe yet strong. Your tone of voice is very calming and sits in the background vs the foreground which gives the spot light to your guest. Lots of respect to you and your team.
