    Needs work
Love the hosts & subject matter but need to do some research before episodes: Harlan County, KY is where KY, TN & VA come together not NC.

    St. Al and
First off, I love the podcast. As far as St. Albans, I actually live 5 minutes from there. They do have the haunted house there each year but I’ve never been. I love anything spooky but I haven’t gotten the nerve up to go. I have heard stories about evil spirits there & I wonder if it may be possible to get an attachment as I fully believe that is possible. Just FYI there is actually a new haunted tour opening in October just down the road from me. It’s in the old prison in Dublin Va old rt. 100. Supposed to be haunted as well. Thanks! Looking forward to future episodes. Susan Bowman Dublin, Va

    Red Dog Road.
As a lover of Appalachian Folklore, I love this Podcast. I live near Red Dog Road in Harlan, County. The story we all know is about the coal miner shooting the wrong man. We actually have a couple roads nicknamed red dog road and they’re all mining roads in different parts of the county. The lights are ATV lights from people on the mountain who ride all night. The road sits above the Fairview housing projects, he se the name Fairview Lights. Other good Harlan County legends are Headless Annie & The Benham Schoolhouse Inn.

    One of my favorite podcasts!
I often find myself having a difficult time getting into podcasts, but this one I instantly became addicted to! The host is a great story teller, with a good balance of history and spooky. One of the best spooky podcasts out there!
