    I found myself struggling a bit at almost 2 years post-sleeve. Finding this podcast has been very helpful to try and re-simplify the process for myself and has some really great recommendations. it also inspired me to seek out a bariatric nutritionist that is close to where I live for some added help to keep me on track!

    Preparing for bariatric surgery I’ve been trying to find books, podcasts, social media accounts that can give me useful information. I love this podcast for that reason. The episodes aren’t long but they are informative and helpful. Very down to earth, real talk about everything weight loss surgery.
