A friend sent me her podcast 3 weeks after a breakup and I’m still struggling! Realized I broke no contact so now I’m starting over… day 5. What I wanna know is how am I sure if he actually loves me if he blocked me so fast! He don’t want anything to do with me and my heart is shattered!!! This podcast has helped me so much already and it’s giving me some answers I’ve been wanting and needing to heal. I’m not contacting him but thank you for these to keep me going!!

I love Lucia, she is so cute! Listening to her takes away my anxiety, makes me feel more confident going through no contact, plus she’s funny. I love hearing her laugh on the podcast when she blows air through her nose. It’s adorable! She’s a great person!

I found Lucia almost 6 years ago . At the time I was single , but still friends with an ex . I started listening to her podcast for entertainment , but I was able to recognize patterns the more I kept listening . Thanks to Lucia , I gathered the courage to finally let go of that friendship and any hope I had with my ex . I did it all cold turkey and there was not going back , I distanced myself from my ex for good . I haven’t responded to any attempt to communicate from my ex and I wish I would have found Lucia sooner than I did I’m not struggling with any relationship issue at the moment , but I still listen and I recommend this podcast to any I know who is going through a break up or still hung up on an ex Thank you Lucia , you’re doing the lord’s work

I wish I could afford the coaching. Hello inflation. Anyway, these podcasts keep me focused and help me to feel empowered and stay the course. I'm very familar with the No Contact rule, just never been able to follow through with this person during this 2 year game of cat and mouse. These are a tremendous help.

Hard to listen to because it sounds like you just ate a spoonful of peanut butter right before hitting record. Hope that part gets better. I’m in 2017

No contact is a tool to PROTECT your OWN health and wellbeing. It's NOT about trying to "get someone back" or get someone to take you back. I dont doubt this is well intentioned - however, it is promoting a toxic mindset that going no contact can be used as a tool to manipulate another person and not as a necessary step for your own healing journey.

Please please please edit out the mouth smacking noises - or get a new mic! While the advice is good it’s just so hard to even listen due to all the snacking noises from your mouth.

I have been devouring these episodes over the past couple weeks during no contact and now I have more hope, strength, and insight to my future, whether if it’s with my ex or not. Lucia is the best at analyzing every situation you may feel during these hard times. These episodes have been a great comfort to me. Also, I love how Lucia is so entertaining and makes herself laugh all the time. Do yourself a favor and listen to all of these if you have been suffering the pain of a breakup and want your ex back. You may find your better off without them.

What if we don’t answer calls and insignicant messages from our ex and they call us with another phone number? What should we say in such situations that we have accidentally broken no contact? You have not mention it in your podcast

My ex broke up with me about a year and a half ago and right away I went and worked on my self to be come a better person inside and out and I listen to other “relationship gurus” to know avail. I tried to talk to her for 11 months straight and nothing worked. Now the break up was definitely my fault and I was not the best boyfriend which is why I went to therapy, worked out, read more to learn how to become a better person and then I found your podcast. Back in June and I immediately went into no contact and just left her alone. Then last week your episode spoke to me. When you reach out make them an offer they can’t refuse or something to that detail. I’m graduating in December and she’s always been my biggest supporter throughout college, so I wrote her inviting her to may graduation and lord behold a day later she wrote back congratulating me and how proud she is of me and how she would love to come. Just want to say thank you for everything. Your podcast is awesome and you definitely know what you’re talking about.

I went crazy and showed a soft side showing that I’ll be waiting forever and did all the crazy things I shouldn’t have done is it too late to try no contact and try to get them back

I’m so happy I found Lucia’s podcasts ! I have had several break ups with the same person and by listening to other coaches every time , I DID get my ex back but every time he came back he was WORSE than the last time and would leave AGAIN! So for anyone doubting her advice , I am proof that even if you do get your ex back by responding soon or doing whatever they say just to ease your anxiety , you WILL NOT be happy in the long run . They will either have no respect for you or leave you again or BOTH. I have learned from Lucia to be patient , have faith , and to respect myself. Everything she says makes sense and you will feel better about yourself by listening to her advice . It has been 3 months since my break up and we are not back together but I feel 100 times better than I did the other times , thanks to Lucia . I know that if we do get back together it will be the relationship I deserve FOR ONCE because I made him so afraid if he messes up I won’t easily let him back like I have before . And if he doesn’t come back and change , he obviously didn’t care enough and I’m okay with that too because no contact has broke my obsessive addiction for his approval . Again , thank you Lucia !

Lucia is not only oddly hilarious but gives a real different perspective. I’ve been trying to get on board with her no-contact approach which I’m still not successful with but I keep listening to motivate me to cut that cord.

I recently split up with my ex 6 days ago, I texted her the next morning after the split and said, “hey I’ve been thinking, I think it’s good for us to be apart. It’ll give me time to work on other things in life, take care.” Did I just help my cause or ruin my chances ? In no contact for 5 days. Thanks for the videos

She minces no words and tells you what you need to be doing in no uncertain terms, but is also funny. Her videos have helped me not make all the mistakes I was making and have made me care more about my self respect than getting some guy. Her advice is great. I feel better, am thinking straight, and am now in a position to be the one calling the shots.

Lucia is so sassy and straight to the point. There is so much BS in dating and relationships now in days, we need people like her to not sugar coat anything.

This is an amazing podcast that has been helping me through a difficult breakup. Not only is it solid relationship breakup advice unlike any other, it’s extremely concise with no BS. I find myself convinced that I can get my ex back, but also very aware of my own tendencies that prevented me of keeping interest level. Not only informative, but also quite entertaining!

Lucia tells you things that maybe aren’t what you want to hear, but they’re what you need to know.

I highly recomend Lucia as a personal coach. I compare it to reading a book vs. personal coaching. A book or podcast is general, but a coach can give you a detailed plan for your unique situation. That will give you confidence, a plan and renewed hope. Well worth the investment.

Lucia knows her stuff and is fantastic. She is able to see things in a clear frame of mind for what they really are and will keep you from making mistakes in your love life/relationship(s). I wish I would’ve started listening to her sooner! Thank you Lucia.

This is the first time I’ve listened to any podcasts and it just so happened that I’m going through rough times with relationships especially after breaking up with someone. Thank god I found this and I’ve already listened to 10+ podcasts in 3 hours while working! I love Lucia’s advices and now I know what I need to do when it comes to love and it helped me overcome my insecurities little by little. Hopefully Lucia never stops making podcasts 💕

She’s gives great advice. She literally taps on things I question myself in dating and this helps me figure things out. The only thing is her voice and the noises her lips/mouth makes. I find it hard avoiding this sound. I roll my windows down on the car when I listen to her. She needs a mic muffler to smother this sound out! Other than that she’s great and I recommend downloading this pod cast.

I listen because the shows and short. I disagree with much that she says. If she was such a “guru” why is she single???😭😭😭😭

The "How to Deal with a Breakup" video helped me save face! I watched it last year and when I received the breakup email, I knew just what to do! I called for coaching and delivered the surprising "OK" response and wished him well! I went immediately into no contact. I'm going to spend the time working on me. I also listened to the Lucia's new podcast "Should you break no contact?" It is giving me extra power to stick with the plan

Lucia is a Godsend. My fiancé, ex fiancé at this point was playing games with my head. Like most of you out there I searched the web for any help I could get. Luckily I stumbled across her YouTube video on How to Handle a Break up. That one video got me hooked. Her podcasts and interviews with other experts are more informative and helpful to me and my situation than I ever thought possible. She gives one on one coaching which I am addicted to! Anyone having any type of relationship concerns or problems NEEDS to subscribe to her podcasts! Best thing I ever did! My situation is still developing with my ex fiancé and I can't thank Lucia enough. Best advice ever. Period, end of story.

I really enjoy the topics covered in this podcast. Lucia gets great guests on here, very interesting people with unique views on mainstream topics. However, Lucia herself is just so annoying. She reminds me of a 16 years high schools "the popular girl." Am I the only one that feels this way? I feel like I'm just waiting for the rest of the "Clueless" posse to like, chime in on, like what they're like talking about. Nevertheless, as bad as she is the topics and guests pick up the slack created by her.
