Brian Scott. Horror movie fanboy on Twitter Finally a horror podcast that celebrates movies and doesn’t rip them for cheesiness. Love the attention to detail with camera angles etc as heard in night of the demons episode. Just a great all around horror podcast.

    Not great
As far as a podcast goes it’s one of those bottom of the totem pole ones. I’ve heard worse, to be fair. This is a local radio station cast. The DJs are much older than the listeners, so it’s hard to really identify with them and follow their logic. Informative, but not entertaining. Not a great podcast. Maybe a good radio show for their state. Not a good podcast.

    Long live the 80’s cheeze.
Another great horror podcast diving into the 80’s. If you’re interested in getting into some 80’s horror, the Grue Crew got you covered.

Childhood revisited every time I listen to an episode
Like I said childhood revisited every episode. This gets me nostalgic for my Friday night blockbuster runs and Cable Monstervision nights . The guys do a entertaining review with plenty of humor . Would like to have a copy of the full version theme song . What’s the story behind the song ?

People that KNOW the movies they talk about!!!
It seems every other podcast the people who “love” horror have had to look for a free way to watch these movies because they do not own them, had been their first time seeing the movie, won’t watch it because it’s “torture porn”, have a podcast named after a movie they have never seen before, talk for an hour about everything but the movie until the last ten minutes of a podcast, etc. It is good to find a horror podcast with knowledgeable horror fans. Keep them episodes coming!

Great stuff for fans of horror
This podcast re-introduced me to some of the 80's horror movies I loved as a kid and introduced me to some greats I've never seen before. Lots of fun to listen to on my commute to and from work. Keep up the great work, guys. -Matt

    Great podcast
This podcast is great. The host isn't annoying like a lot of times you find in podcasting. They touch on a lot of cool aspects about the movies. You get some knowledge on the movies they review.

    Best decade of horror!
The 80's gave us some of the best movies of all time including some of the best horror movies ever made. Loving hearing about those movies in this show!

Send more podcasters! [say it in a zombie voice]
Episode 73. Great episode, but I’m afraid I agree more often with the rest of Doc's regular gang on found footage films. But the great thing about this ep were the guest podcasters. Finding podcasts on the subjects you want is actually kind of hard and harder still to find quality podcasts with good pacing and good back and forth from podcasters with soda syrup and pieces of popcorn on their shoes or theater-educated film knowledge that goes back before that one film that turned them on. Short version: I’d like to see more guest podcasters on your podcasts.

    Monster Movie Podcast
I love listening to Doc Rotten dissect horror movies of the past. Not only does he talk about some of my personal favorites but he also introduces his listeners to movies I've never heard of or overlooked.
