comiccamjamSoul and Mind HelpThis podcast has helped me solidly over the past year. Keeps me on track on my journey to keep the focus on doing the work on myself rather than getting caught up in life and past things that weigh down. Thank you Rachel!

Deenie03Soul Recovery=Soul ReliefIn the few months I’ve been listening to this informative, relatable weekly podcast; lightbulb moments continue to happen for me on the regular. Rachel is raw, real, so vulnerable which then,in turn encourages me to also begin to look inward in such an accepting way of myself first, then on to others; which she inspires us to do in attainable ways. If anyone is interested in finally feeling free of co-dependency & weak boundary systems in inter-personal relationships; this is the podcast for you. I’m just getting started, & I’m going to stick around for the ride!

GastrocRockA soulful approach to recoveryRev Rachel is a brilliant host who goes deep, while keeping it practical and actionable. Whether you are recovering or someone in your life is, this podcast will inspire positive change and reflection. Rev Rachel’s diverse background of personal experience, deep Buddhist knowledge, and training on the subject is evident. There is a reason this podcast is top-rated! -Ann Swanson, MS

kris_226Much needed podcastI absolutely love this podcast and it has helped me so much on my spiritual journey and recovery from alcoholism and living with an active alcoholic. I was a daily listener until most of the podcasts became for subscribers only. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to take on another monthly expense, so I feel like I’m missing out on so many great episodes. Will there be more episodes available for listeners who aren’t monthly subscribers?

vinyldashThank you!Rachel, thank you so much for this podcast. I’m just awakening to my control addiction & co-dependency and randomly found your podcast last week. I listened to the latest episode on adult children & it was exactly what I needed to hear as our oldest is currently addicted to weed & nicotine and I need to take a step back and work on myself and some long held patterns. There are so very many books and podcasts that help with the early years of raising littles, then a good few on parenting terms, but just not a lot out there that’s helpful in letting go with love in these adulting years. So thank you, ive joined the membership & Im looking forward to listening my way thru the back catalog.

MeganLKingWows! My heart blew open with hope after listening to today’s podcast. This is the first time I’ve listened and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I recently reconnected with the love of my life after a really bad relapse about 3 year ago and I 100% blamed him for not knowing how to pick up the pieces. When he is taking full responsibility and not blaming. I’m terrified to be a risk to his recovery. I have work to do for myself so I’m able to be a solid partner in the future. I’m so grateful this is here for me to listen to. Thank you for doing this.

Plumber DonnVery inspirationalI met Rachel at Unity Spirtual Center Denver when she was giving a Sunday sermon. She spoke about addiction and life struggles she experienced. Wow that really hit home for me. After the sermon I approached her about my life struggles knowing I needed to recover my soul and take control over my life again. She gave me her card and I starting to her wonderful podcast than decide to make an appointment for a coaching session. I really liked the way she went about her sessions not letting you blame others for what you have chosen to do in your life but to find what is going in your soul to help get you back on the right path to recovery. Now I have had 2 sessions in my mind I have got more out of them than the last year of counseling I been doing. I look forward to more sessions so I can kick my addiction and save my marriage. Thanks Rachel you are the angel that I needed.

CA ArtistLife changingThe Recover Your Soul podcast grounds me each week. After listening to a few episodes, I booked a one-on-one session with Rachel. That session changed my life. I’ve seen counselors and therapists over the years, and finally have found someone (Rachel) who offers guidance above and beyond all the rest. It’s a blessing to schedule a session as challenges arise and listening to her podcasts 2x per week offers true guidance and clarity. Beyond grateful!
