AQHelloLove this show, but unable to play several recent episodesThis has been my go to stress reduction show. Soothing, very well done. Relaxing. But, most of the shorter new episodes with # numbers, will not play. I listen on my iPhone with the podcast app. Posting this here in case there is something wrong that can be fixed. Thank you.

chubby fart bunnyFraudulentI listened to the second episode and it was an EXACT copy of someone else’s yoga nidra podcast. Like exact. That’s gotta be copyright infringement. 👎👎

cherrio65Loved at firstI love her voice and I desperately need the stress reduction that is offered, but I won’t continue listening because of the strange subliminal “blurps” that randomly appear during the sessions.

unit teaLove This Podcast !Yoga Nidra for me is the ultimate in effortless mindfulness, relaxation and a good practice for mind and body. I like the method, the teacher guides voice and the results. I hope there will be more episodes.

BeckytwoHighly recommendI often use yoga Nidra for the office in the afternoon when I need to have a mental reset. Better that a cup of coffee!

Jules2.2Best Yoga NidraI really love and appreciate these yoga nidra practices! I used them nightly when I was experiencing a difficult personal situation and it really helped calm me when I otherwise felt very emotionally and sometimes physically unsafe. Now that I’ve removed myself from that situation, I still enjoy this practice so much and notice on nights I’ve practiced, my sleep number bed usually indicates my heart rate is lower, HRV is higher, and breath rate are all improved for that nights sleep. Love the tone, tempo, and context of these all!! Thank you for these!

Tina AmilinaComing homeI’ve been familiar with and practicing yoga nidra for years and so glad I found this podcast. Caroline’s voice is soothing and hypnotizing, her meditations no frill or new age-y, but the perfect holding of hands to take me back home to my body, to peace of mind and heart, and the blessing of being alive. Namaste, Caroline. Tina Amilina

vegsisterVery pleasantNice meditations, soothing voice. Could use more mixing to remove small clicks and mouth noises. I listen because I am desperate for sleep, so would prefer not being instructed to stay awake.

__yarbdaddy__Perfect Voice & Guided Meditations 👌🏼Have listened to a wide variety of Yoga Nidra meditation podcasts and Caroline hits the center of the bull's-eye 🎯 Would love it if you could update this platform with the Yoga Nidra you offer on YouTube, such as the winter meditation 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Monsterface7845Insomnia and anxiety busterI save these for my most stressful or anxiety-ridden nights. Something about her voice and the pace of these calms me down every single time. Strongly recommend.

David17gReviewThis is a tremendous podcast. Yesterday, I cycled 50 miles, was a bit tired, and then did the deep relaxation 42 minute Yoga Nidra and felt reinvigorated. The voice here is less robotic than others I have found. There is a playfulness that keeps me focused on the rotation of consciousness; it is super fun, as opposed to something one does just to relieve stress or anxiety. Yoga Nidra moves more quickly than Mindful breathing practices, and so my mind wanders less. The practicing of extremes—pain and then happiness (or light and heavy) are tremendous for focus, same too with the rapid visualizations. I am going to recommend this Podcast to friends!!!

Eating On Two WheelsSoundtrack is distractingI would love this if not for the ominous, strange sounds in the background. :-(

LycidasisdeadBest Yoga Nidra Practice in Podcast FormFound this practice during my pregnancy and was delighted that the host provides positioning modifications for pregnant people. It’s relaxing and rejuvenating, and there’s variety between episodes so my practice always feels intentional. This has also been a helpful tool in managing my anxiety and depression (alongside proper treatment, of course).
